We’re overjoyed at receiving a 3 Star Trade Stand Award for presentation at the recent BBC Gardeners World Live Show from the NEC in Birmingham. We put a lot of effort into presenting our range of Garden Furniture to the highest standard possible at the show from the opening day to the closing.

And the fact that the judges saw fit to give it an award proves the hard work paid off.

We’re especially happy considering this was the first year we exhibited at BBC Gardeners World Live which is associated with the RHS Flower Shows throughout the year – events that we also exhibit at.

What is BBC Gardeners World Live?

 

The event was launched in 1992 as a spin-off to the hit BBC Series, Gardeners World and has proved immensely popular ever since. Last year was the 21^st anniversary of the show and they recorded a record 13,000 plus visitors.

The horticultural content at BBC Gardeners World Live is organised by the RHS – largely the world renowned Show Gardens – and since 2005 the event has welcomed a presence from BBC Good Food and, more recently, BBC Good Food Summer.

This year the show was graced by all the familiar faces in the line-up of experts including Monty Don, Diarmuid Gavin and Rachel De Thame.

Special Features at the Show included – Gardeners’ Inspiration, Gardeners’ Life & Style and Gardeners’ Know-How.

And our Trade Stand?

We included all the old favourites like the Four Seasons Gazebo, the Gorilla Ornament and the fabulous Valencia Reclaimed Teak Dining Set which, as always, went down a storm.

However, this year we also took a couple of new items to our range including our contemporary Luxor marine Grade Rattan and the stunning Casablanca Corner Sofa Suite and the reaction from the public at BBC Gardeners World Live was just as positive as those who view these on our website and in our 10,000 sq/ft Showroom in the Midlands.

All in all a great success, and we’re looking forward to next year already!
